Hey there! Are you a passionate leader with a love for cannabis and retail? Honeycomb Cannabis is on the hunt for an awesome Store Manager to join our team in St. Paul. We're looking for someone who can inspire our budtenders and create a lively, customer-centric atmosphere at our store.
Responsibilities
- Fueling our budtenders' passion and growth with creative strategies
- Setting and smashing key performance goals together with your team
- Being the go-to leader for all things Honeycomb Cannabis
- Keeping our store compliant, clean, and classy
- Sharing our company's vision, values, and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Training and supporting staff in our Point of Sale (POS) system
- Managing, guiding, and developing all team members
- Working with HR to handle scheduling, evaluations, recruitment, and promotions
- Keeping inventory in check and conducting product counts
- Striving for excellence in sales, service, and profits
- Ensuring staff are up-to-date on cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods
- Providing a safe, welcoming environment for customers and employees
- Meeting staffing needs and creating schedules that work for everyone
- Building relationships with law enforcement, inspectors, landlords, and our local community
- Staying in the know about the latest cannabis products and trends
Qualifications
- 1+ year of leadership experience in retail or similar field
- 2+ years of customer-facing sales experience
- A deep love and understanding of cannabis
- Solid skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience training others on Point of Sale systems
- A knack for organization and time management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A strong sense of ethics, values, integrity, and trust
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 19 years of age
Experience & Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 1+ year of Retail Management (preferred)
